Baan Feung Fah meets and exceeds its expectations of a private luxury haven. First impressions are good - with an imperial-like wooden entrance, heavily carved wooden doors and a pagoda-style roof. Once inside, the tropical landscaping unfolds and becomes the connecting thread between each pavilion. The living pavilion is conveniently located in front of the decked sun terrace, blue-tiled infinity swimming pool, and large al fresco sala, which can be accessed via sunken stepping stones in the pool. With tasteful furnishings, the use of natural materials, large terraces, gardens, and open-air pavilions, this villa is perfect for entertaining and showcasing the tropical indoor/outdoor living philosophy. All four rooms are private and spacious, and offer en-suite bathrooms, as well as views towards the sun terrace, garden, pool or ocean.

The beach offers a glimpse into everyday Samui life, with a few fishermen’s boats passing through.

Dining:

Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets). Dining room is interconnected to the kitchen with modern fittings and counter top. Indoor dining area can sit up to 10 persons.

Kitchen: 

Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, stove top (electric & gas).

Entertainment: 

Smart TV and Satellite TV (living room only); DVD Player; Sound system with outdoor speakers. Living area with L-shaped sofa, air conditioning & ceiling fan.

Linen & Towels: 

Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges. No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.

Water Activities: 

2 kayaks (1x double seat and 1x single seat) available for guests to use. Please note that these 2 kayaks are shared by all the villas within the estate.

Universal Adapter; Barbeque (shared with other Dhevatara Residence villas); CCTV.

Chef/In-Villa/Pre-Arrival Shopping Service

• Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

• Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

• Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.

Airport Transfers

• Airport transfer service available upon request (charges apply).

Extra Bedding & Child Policy

• Extra bed is available at USD 50++ per night per person, inclusive of daily breakfast.

• Child under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.

• A baby cot and high chair is available for free upon request. Advance booking is required.

• Babysitting service may be arranged on an hourly, daily or weekly rate through Concierge. Booking in advance is required.

Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner.

• Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges.
