The beach:

Dining: 

Private chef (on request, advance booking is required and is subject to availability of chef) is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets). Indoor dining area can sit up to 10 persons.

Entertainment: 

Plasma TVs with DVD players in each bedroom and living room; DVD/CD and Satellite TV (living room only); BOSE sound system with speakers. Living area with floor to ceiling glass windows, L-shaped sofa, air conditioning.

Linen & Towels: 

Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges. No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.

Water Activities: 

2 kayaks (1x double seat and 1x single seat) available for guests to use. Please note that these 2 kayaks are shared by all the villas within the estate.

Chef Service on Request

• Chef service costs THB1,500++/Meal(lunch or dinner) or THB 2,500++/Day(lunch and dinner) and subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Please take note that advance booking for chef service is required and it is subject to availability of chef.

• Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

• Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

• Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.

Airport Transfers

• Airport transfer service available upon request (charges apply).

Extra Bedding & Child Policy

• Extra bed is available at USD 50++ per night per person, inclusive of daily breakfast.

• Child under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.

• A baby cot and high chair is available for free upon request. Advance booking is required.

• Babysitting service may be arranged on an hourly, daily or weekly rate through Concierge. Booking in advance is required.

Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner.

• Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges.
